Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Chemist with more than 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratories. The candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in handling and troubleshooting analytical instruments including HPLC, UV, and Dissolution Apparatus. Candidates with experience in instrument integration and pellet formulations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC, UV, and Dissolution instruments.
- Handle instrument integration, troubleshooting, and coordination with software/LIMS systems where applicable.
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and analytical documentation as per SOPs.
- Review analytical data and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Support method validation, method transfer, calibration,



and stability studies.
- Maintain laboratory records, logbooks, and instrument usage documentation.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and Engineering teams for investigations and quality improvements.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related discipline.
- More than 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control/Analytical Laboratory.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- HPLC
- UV Spectrophotometer
- Dissolution Apparatus
- Instrument Integration
- Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, and laboratory documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in pellet formulation/pellet product analysis.
- Exposure to regulatory audits and compliance requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
