Job Description:

Role and Responsibility:
- Support customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose issues related to power, connectivity, load control, and sensors.
- Provide remote support via calls, emails, and monitoring tools.
- Work closely with senior engineers to resolve field challenges.
- Assist in site visits for installation checks and troubleshooting (when required).
- Coordinate with electricians, contractors, and project teams.
- Learn how engineering solutions are executed on-ground.
- Help maintain SOPs, installation guides, and troubleshooting notes.
- Prepare basic reports, test records, and commissioning checklists.
- Share customer feedback with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
