- Call Customers: Make and receive calls to remind customers about unpaid loan EMIs.
- Negotiate & Resolve: Help customers find suitable payment plans and address their payment concerns politely.
- Update Systems: Record call details, payment dates, and notes in the company’s CRM system.
- Work with Teams: Coordinate with field teams and backend staff to clear overdue accounts.
- Hit Targets: Reach your daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals while following company guidelines.
Who Can Apply
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in collections, telecalling, or customer service (NBFC/BFSI industry).
- Education: Graduate degree in any field.
- Age:
Under 30 years old.
- Languages Needed: Must speak English plus one regional language:
- English + Hindi
- English + Telugu
- English + Kannada (sales experience required)
- Skills: Solid communication, convincing, and negotiation abilities, along with basic knowledge of computers (MS Office and CRM software).
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA (Approx. ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month) + extra earning potential through performance incentives.
