About the Role

Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresh Graduate Civil Engineers to join our project team at Bhupalpally. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in site execution, quality monitoring, and coordination of day-to-day construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Assist in site measurements, quantity calculations, and record maintenance.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams.
- Monitor quality standards and safety compliance at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to senior engineers.
- Support material management and inventory tracking.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech/B.E.



or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites and relocate to Bhupalpally.
