We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate new international business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold email and Upwork bidding.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email and other platforms.
- Run personalized LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
- Search and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
- Write customized Upwork proposals and client messages.
- Follow up with prospects and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings with interested clients.
- Maintain lead/prospect records and track outreach activities.
- Work with our technical team to understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Lead Generation / IT Sales.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email and Upwork bidding.
- Good English communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Understanding of software/IT services is preferred.
- Experience generating international clients (US/UK/Canada/Australia) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and valuable at follow-ups.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
