We are looking for passionate Freelancing FSSAI Third Party Auditor with Audit experience in Dairy, Meat

& Poultry, Catering, Bakery, Nutraceuticals, Packaged Drinking Water, Grain & Grain Products, Edible

Oil, Ready To Eat/Cook and Fruit & Vegetable Processing.

Qualification: Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Oil

Technology, Biotechnology or Biochemistry

Industry Experience: 2+

Location: Maharashtra / West Bengal / Assam / Telangana / Andhra Pradesh

Mandatory Skills:

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in any food related business.

2. Minimum 30 man-days Third Party Audits in the above specified food sectors.

3. Report observations & recommend rescans if necessary.

4. Knowledge of FSSAI Schedule IV, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems such as ISO

22000 / FSSC 22000

5. Sector specific knowledge of hygienic and sanitary practices, processing techniques, hazards

identification and analysis and control and knowledge of contaminants and allergens.

6. Ability to perform the audit independently and interpret the results.

 Preparing Audit Reports

Pay: ₹11,657.50 - ₹15,000.00 per month
