Key Responsibilities:

- Counseling & Guidance: Advise prospective students and working professionals regarding online degree courses, PG programs, and specialised credit transfer pathways (particularly for B.Tech/degree holders).
- Lead Management: Handle inquiries received via digital channels, phone, and walk-ins, providing detailed program structures, fee structures, and eligibility criteria.
- Admission Conversion: Guide candidates seamlessly through the application, documentation, and onboarding process.
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with prospective learners, addressing queries and positioning our versatile programs (with no age barriers) as the ideal choice for career advancement.
- Achieving Targets:



Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong persuasive and customer-handling abilities.
- Enthusiastic, target-driven, and passionate about the education sector.
- Age Limit: No age barrier—we value talent and dedication above all.
