We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate business opportunities for architectural and industrial scale model projects.
- Follow up with leads, share proposals, and explain the services offered by Black Ink Studio in the scale modeling division.
- Understand client requirements related to architectural models, measurements, layouts, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the design and production team to understand project feasibility and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Research market trends and identify potential clients in architecture, real estate, exhibitions, and industrial sectors.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the scale modeling business in the market.
- Handle client communication, meetings, presentations, and negotiations professionally.




- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams for project execution.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of architectural scale models, measurements, and design concepts.
- Robust communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements is a plus.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 Years in Business Development, Sales, Architecture, Interior, or Related Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
