About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with doctors and chemists, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular doctor and chemist visits as per the daily/monthly plan.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
- Ensure proper product availability and follow up with stockists and distributors.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports through the company's reporting system.
- Keep updated with product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Implement company strategies and promotional activities effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the medical market.
Important Note
Only experienced candidates with 1–3 years of relevant pharmaceutical/Medical Representative experience can apply. Freshers are not eligible.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
