- Provide strategic and academic leadership to the Pharmacy Department/Institution
- Ensure compliance withPharmacy Council of India (PCI)norms, regulations and statutory requirements
- Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation and quality enhancement initiatives
- Develop and mentor faculty members and strengthen teaching-learning practices
- Drive research, publications, consultancy, patents and industry-academia collaborations
- Oversee student development, placements, internships and professional exposure
- Strengthen institutional processes forPCI, NAAC, NBA and other applicable statutory/accreditation requirements
- Manage academic administration, faculty recruitment, workload and performance
- Build collaborations with pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, research institutions and qualified bodies
- Promote innovation, entrepreneurship and interdisciplinary initiatives
- Represent the institution before regulatory, academic and professional bodies
- Contribute to institutional strategy,



expansion and long-term academic excellenceEligibility & QualificationMandatory:
- B.Pharmfrom a PCI-recognized institution
- M.Pharmin an appropriate branch/specialization of Pharmacy
- Ph.D.in an appropriate branch of Pharmacy
- Validregistration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act
- Minimum15 years of relevant experiencein Teaching/Industry/Research
- Minimum5 years of experience at the level of Professor or above, as applicable under PCI norms
