Youwon't need prior technical or design experience. You will need to be a rapid learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable being trained on AI-assisted workflows for content creation, communication, and light data work.This is a hybrid, versatile role, not a narrow content or support job. Over time you'll own a meaningful slice of how we communicate with range of customers segments.What You'll DoCreate and schedule social media content (posts, short video, captions) using AI-assisted tools, under brand guidelinesDraft and refine blog posts, landing page copy, and email/WhatsApp sequences with AI as a first-draft toolManage day-to-day communication with leads and enrolled customers, answering queries, following up, coordinating field visits or touchpointsSupport SEO and content hygiene (metadata, avoiding duplicate/competing content)Track basic performance data (what content and pages convert) and flag issuesAssist with program coordination including field visit logisticsWhat You Bring2-5 years in a customer-facing role: cabin crew, ground staff,



or hotel/hospitality (front office, guest relations, concierge)Strong written and verbal communication in EnglishComfort learning new digital tools quickly with no coding required, but genuine curiosity about AI tools is essentialHigh attention to detail and follow-throughCalm, service-oriented temperament - you've handled demanding customers under pressure beforeWillingness to travel occasionally(Domestic & Overseas)What We'll Train You OnAI content tools for writing, image generation, and short-form videoOur CRM, CMS and communication workflowsAviation industry context specific to our programs (you won't need prior aviation knowledge - we'll build that)Brand voice and editorial standardsWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)The role allows growth in terms of learning and compensation with time based on your skill gathering and performance.
