Job DescriptionAbout the Role NWe are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in transportation, fleet business development, and truck/trailer logistics. The ideal candidate should have an existing client network, proven business development experience, and the ability to independently generate and close transportation business. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Generate business for truck, trailer, container, and transportation services. N Develop new clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers. N Bring an active and transferable client base to expand business. N Conduct customer meetings, rate discussions, and commercial negotiations. N Coordinate with operations teams for vehicle placement and smooth execution. N Increase transportationrevenue through regular customer follow-ups and market visits. N Identify opportunities in inbound, outbound, factory movement, port movement, and long-route transportation. N Represent the company in client meetings and business development activities. N Travel for customer acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion.



NnRequirementsn N Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation, fleet business development, or truck/trailer logistics. N Strong understanding ofthe transportation market, fleet operations, routes, vehicle types, and market rates. N Existing customer network and transferable client base is mandatory. N Proven ability to generate new business and close commercial deals independently. N Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. N Commercially aware withstrong market knowledge. N Ability to work independently and achieve business targets. NnGeneral Candidate Expectations Nn Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
