Job DescriptionRole: Enterprise Product Manager (EPM)Base Location: BhopalRole SummaryWe are looking for product managers with experience in implementing software solutions for medium to large enterprises from inception to rollout.Key Responsibilities- Requirements Shaping & Solutioning: Eliciting requirements from user community and envisioning product/solution that will best meet the need.- Project Delivery: Driving end-to-end product development and implementation. Managing timelines, budget and risks, and engaging with internal stakeholders and development partners to ensure successful delivery.- Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on technical support and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through complex enterprise solutions and integrations.QualificationsExperience:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in requirements shaping,
solutioning and software project delivery for medium to large enterprises.- Hands-on experience in IT project lifecycle management, technical integrations, and enterprise application deployments.- Strong understanding of product design and development methodologies such as Design thinking, Agile; Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus.- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is desirable.Skills:- Requirements shaping and management.- Solution envisioning and technical roadmap development.- Robust project planning, organizational, and execution abilities.- Effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration skills.- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
