Job Description:We are hiring a Key Accounts Manager to handle corporate client accounts and ensure seamless execution of car rental operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of assigned corporate accounts
- Act as SPOC for client coordination (HR/Admin/Travel Desk)
- Ensure smooth execution of daily trips, airport transfers, and guest movements
- Coordinate with operations, fleet, and vendors for service delivery
- Monitor SLA adherence and service quality
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports
