and best practices.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.- Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.Desired Skills :- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.- 15–20 years of relevant HR experience.- Strong exposure to HRBP, talent management, HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management.- Experience across multiple industries; Real Estate experience will be an advantage.- Candidate should be based in Punjab/Ludhiana or have a solid reason to relocate to Ludhiana.- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Strong understanding of HR systems, compliance, and organizational processes.
