- Teach across undergraduate and pathway programmes. N

nStudent Support

- Act as a PersonalAcademic Tutor. N
- Guide students on academic progression and achievement. N
- Provide mentoring and pastoral support to students. N

nAssessment & Quality Assurance

- Design, evaluate,and moderate assessments. N
- Provide constructive feedback to students. N
- Participate in assessment boards and academic quality processes. N

nCurriculum Development

- n
- Contribute to module enhancement and curriculum innovation. N




- Develop engaging learning resources for classroom and online delivery. N

nCandidate Profile
NEssential Qualifications
N
- n
- Master's Degree (MBA preferred) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline. N
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one. N
- FHEA (or willingness towork towards it) will be an advantage. N

nExperience
n
- N
- 3–8+ years of Higher Education teaching experience. N
- Experience teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing, or related subjects. N
- Experience with assessment design, student mentoring, and academic administration. N
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.). N
