We're Hiring: Civil Engineer (0–1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and execute civil engineering projects.
- Prepare structural drawings, project plans, and cost estimates.
- Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
- Ensure quality control, materials testing, and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions when needed.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or other civil engineering software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and team coordination abilities.
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
