We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, promoting our digital marketing and advertising services, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Present company services and explain their perks to prospective customers.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred but not mandatory.
