NJob Description
nThe Sales Head – Construction Solutions (Projects) will hold full strategic and operational ownership of the Construction Solutions (Projects) business vertical, including complete P&L; accountability. The leader will manage entire product portfolio,



build and scale high-performing teams, and drive the development, optimization, and implementation of core processes that will drive the success of the CS Projects business.
NThis leader will serve asa key driver of Sturdflex's vision, accelerating company growth through deeper market penetration while autonomously managing pricing, discounts, volume, and profitability. They will build and lead high-performing sales teams with clear accountability for targets and execution, bringing robust domain expertise, established customer relationships, and a proven track record of scaling sales organizations. In close partnership with cross-functional teams, this leader will help strengthen competitive advantage, drive customer retention, and deliver sustained profitable growth.
