We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Forms Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms and Adaptive Forms. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade digital forms and document generation solutions.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with AEM Forms on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or on-premise environments. You will be responsible for integrating forms with enterprise systems, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using AEM Forms and Adaptive Forms.
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly Adaptive Forms with reusable templates, fragments, themes, and components.
- Configure and develop Form Data Models (FDM) for integration with REST/SOAP services and enterprise applications.
- Develop custom form components, validations, rules, and workflows.
- Implement document generation using Document of Record (DoR), PDF templates, and correspondence management.
- Integrate AEM Forms with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, identity providers, and other backend systems.
- Configure digital signatures, authentication, encryption, and secure data handling.
- Optimize form performance, usability, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.




- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote development best practices.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM Forms and Adaptive Forms.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and/or AEM 6.5.
- Expertise in Adaptive Forms, Form Data Models (FDM), Form Fragments, Themes, and Document of Record (DoR).
- Experience integrating forms with REST APIs, SOAP web services, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), Apache Sling, and JCR.
- Experience with custom form components, client libraries, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of workflows, correspondence management, document services, and PDF generation.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of security, authentication (OAuth, SAML), encryption, and secure form processing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of Adobe Sign integration and e-signature workflows.
- Experience with headless integrations, GraphQL, and cloud-native architectures.
- Adobe Certified Professional/Expert certification in AEM Forms is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
