About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to develop clear, accurate, and professional technical documentation and proposals. The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Product, Business Development, Quality, Operations, and Management teams to convert complex technical information into structured documentation and client-ready proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, SOPs, product specifications, installation guides, and technical reports.

- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and client requirements and prepare compliant technical responses.

- Develop technical proposals covering technical approach, methodology, scope of work, implementation plans, specifications, and compliance statements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate technical information.

- Review and proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness.

- Maintain proposal content libraries, templates, document versions, and revision history.

- Prepare process maps, flowcharts, technical diagrams, and visual documentation as required.





- Ensure all documentation complies with organizational, client, and applicable industry standards.

- Manage multiple documentation and proposal assignments while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Writing, Proposal Writing, Documentation, or a similar role.

- Excellent technical writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.

- Robust understanding of technical documentation and proposal development.

- Experience in RFP/RFI analysis and tender documentation is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, Git/GitHub/GitLab, or similar documentation tools is an advantage.

- Ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and deadline management skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Electronics, Aerospace & Defense, or Technology will be an added advantage.
