Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Production Planning & Control to lead end-to-end production, demand and supply planning in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role will focus on OTIF, forecast accuracy, order tracking, production planning, inventory optimization and KPI management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Production Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, MRP, MPS and Capacity Planning.

- Ensure 99% OTIF for domestic and export orders through effective planning and order tracking.

- Drive forecast accuracy, SKU-level planning and inventory health.

- Lead monthly S&OP; and weekly planning reviews with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics.

- Monitor and maintain production plans aligned with demand, capacity and material availability.

- Track all customer orders from planning to dispatch and proactively address bottlenecks.

- Monitor key KPIs, planning gaps,



capacity utilization and inventory performance.

- Drive reduction of non-moving inventory, excess inventory and production/planning gaps.

- Support new product development and launch planning in a multi-SKU / multi-variant FMCG environment.

- Prepare MIS, KPI dashboards, planning reports and management analytics.

- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

- 8–15 years of experience in FMCG Production Planning / Demand Planning / Supply Planning / PPC.

- Manager-level experience in Production Planning & Control / PPC is mandatory.

- Strong expertise in S&OP;, S&OE;, MRP, MPS, Capacity Planning and Inventory Management.

- Strong understanding of OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, Bias, SKU Planning and Inventory Health.

- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP, Power BI and Advanced Excel; exposure to o9 is preferred.

- Solid experience in order tracking, production planning, KPI monitoring and MIS reporting.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
