Job Description

We are seeking experienced, qualified, and passionate academicians for the position of Professor / Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and/or Marketing. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, guiding academic and research activities, and contributing to curriculum enhancement and departmental development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, case-based discussions, and practical learning activities in HR and Marketing.
- Mentor students under NEP 2020 mentorship framework; guide students opted for AEDP and own the job roles for mentoring.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, presentations, and research activities.
- Incorporate industry practices, contemporary business cases, and experiential learning into teaching.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to research, publications, seminars, workshops, FDPs, and other academic activities.




- Develop industry linkages and facilitate industry interactions, live projects, internships, and guest lectures.
- Contribute to department development and institutional academic activities.

Qualifications

- For Professor
- PhD and Master’s Degree in Management in Human Resource Management and/or Marketing;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/ research/ industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor
- at least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals/ UGC/ AICTE approved list of journals.
- For Associate Professor
- PhD and Master’s Degree in Management in Human Resource Management and/or Marketing;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/ research/ industry out of which at least 2 years shall be post Ph.D experience
- at least 6 research publications in SCI journals/ UGC/ AICTE approved list of journals.
- Strong academic and qualified foundation in Human Resource Management and/or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and classroom engagement skills.
