US Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for US Non-IT positions.
- Recruit across Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Accounting & Finance, Skilled Trades, Supply Chain, Quality, and other industries.
- Use Indeed Resume and Indeed Smart Sourcing to identify qualified candidates.
- Create and manage Indeed job postings and send personalized candidate messages.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- Develop effective Boolean search strings to target relevant talent.
- Partner with BDMs to understand client requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Requirements

- US Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering & Accounting roles.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver qualified candidates within deadlines.
