Position: Events Marketing Manager

Location: Remote | Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US EST)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead and scale event marketing initiatives for the US market for a B2B SaaS business. The role will focus on brand awareness, demand generation, lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, roundtables, roadshows, and partner events.

Manage end-to-end event execution including budgeting, logistics, promotions, vendors, sponsorships, and reporting.

Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to drive leads, pipeline, and ROI.

Manage event promotion through email, website, paid media, and social channels.

Track registrations, attendance, leads, pipeline, and revenue influenced.





Manage event vendors, booth design, sponsorships, and marketing collateral.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, with strong event marketing expertise.

Proven experience handling US-focused events and marketing campaigns.

Solid understanding of Demand Generation, ABM, and B2B buyer journeys.

Experience with HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and event platforms.

Excellent communication, storytelling, project management, and execution skills.

Experience with US SaaS conferences and trade shows is preferred.

Exposure to mid-market/enterprise SaaS, PLG, or high-growth startups is a plus.
