Job Title: U.S. Tax Senior Manager

Work Location: India (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced U.S. Tax Senior Manager to lead client engagements across tax advisory and compliance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while managing multiple engagements and mentoring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage U.S. tax compliance and advisory engagements for corporate, partnership, and individual clients.
- Review complex federal and state tax returns and related workpapers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Advise clients on tax planning, entity structuring, mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and cross-border tax matters.
- Conduct tax research, interpret U.S. tax legislation, and prepare technical memoranda and client recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic tax advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage multiple engagements, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality client service.
- Mentor, coach, and review the work of managers, seniors, and associates to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with partners and leadership on client strategy,



engagement planning, and risk management.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business development initiatives.
- Stay current with changes in U.S. tax laws and communicate relevant developments to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. tax within a tax advisory firm
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with U.S. Tax software.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday with occasional work beyond standard hours based on client commitments or project needs.
