Role Overview
We are hiring a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who will be responsible for identifying potential institutional clients (Schools, Colleges & Upskilling Institutes), engaging with them via LinkedIn and cold outreach, and fixing appointments with decision-makers. If you’re tech-savvy, confident in communication, and passionate about sales or marketing, this is your chance to build a meaningful career with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo.io to scout, generate, and qualify leads (primarily educational institutions).
- Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging, cold emails, and follow-ups to build engagement.
- Fix appointments with school/college management, administrators, or key decision-makers.
- Assist in building workflows and strategies for improved lead generation and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointment status in CRM tools.
✅ Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or LinkedIn outreach. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools like Apollo.io is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calls & messaging, emailing, and qualified follow-ups.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
