Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates on next steps.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain candidate trackers, ATS records, and recruitment databases.
- Assist with JD creation and job postings.
- Participate in recruitment drives and other TA initiatives.
- Support candidate follow-ups, documentation, and offer coordination.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and support the TA team with day-to-day activities.
