Hiring | Lead – Operational Excellence

Location: Bengaluru

Budget: Up to ₹40 LPA

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are looking for a Lead – Operational Excellence for a high-growth, technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive operational excellence, process transformation & continuous improvement
- Design and optimize scalable end-to-end processes
- Build SOPs, governance frameworks, KPIs & performance dashboards
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive cost optimization, productivity, TAT and customer experience improvements
- Manage cross-functional transformation projects and stakeholder alignment

Ideal Candidate:

- 8–12 years in Operational Excellence / Process Excellence / Business Transformation / Consulting
- Robust expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or BPM
- Experience in process mapping, governance and KPI management
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to technology-enabled operations, startups, marketplaces or customer/workforce operations preferred
