Role Description The React Native Technical Lead (Fintech) will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for fintech products. This full-time role is hybrid, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting scalable React Native solutions, driving best practices in mobile development, reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams. The Technical Lead will oversee integration with secure payment systems and banking APIs, ensure application performance and reliability,



and participate in technical decision-making and roadmap planning. The role also involves coordinating releases, improving development processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant fintech and data security standards.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in mobile development using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience architecting and implementing scalable, secure solutions in fintech or other high-compliance domains.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, integration with backend services, and common mobile app design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for mobile applications.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data security principles, performance optimization, and app store deployment processes (iOS and Android).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work workplace.
