The Role
We are looking for a Growth Associate. You will work across retention, outreach & everything in between, to take a D2C brand scaling rapid, sitting close to the people making decisions and seeing how a brand is built.
This is not a role with one narrow lane. Some weeks, you will be writing and shaping content. Other weeks, you will be reaching out to creators, partners & communities. And often, you will be doing whatever the brand needs that week. If that sounds like your kind of chaos, you will enjoy this.
What You'll Work On
Outreach
- Reach out to creators, communities, partners & potential collaborators.
- Own the follow-ups and keep conversations moving.
- Build and maintain outreach lists and trackers.
Growth and everything else
- Support campaigns end-to-end, from planning to execution.
- Track what is working and report back with real numbers.
- Take on whatever moves the brand forward that week.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who wants to learn how a brand is built, not just tick off tasks.
- Strong instinct for what will work and what will not. You can look at a post or an ad and say why it lands.
- Someone who has good communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work faster.
- Proactive. You spot what needs doing and start doing it.
- Available full-time, on-site in Gurugram
Nice to Have
- Interest in fitness, nutrition, wellness, or food.
- MBA Degree
