We are looking for an experienced Avaya Network & Voice Engineer to manage, support, and troubleshoot enterprise voice and communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya voice and telephony solutions.
- Manage Avaya Aura, Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, and Experience Portal.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, IP Telephony, SIP Trunking, and call routing.
- Work with network teams on LAN/WAN, VLAN, QoS, routing, and voice network troubleshooting.
- Monitor voice infrastructure, resolve incidents, perform upgrades, and ensure high availability.
