Katyayani Organics is one of India's fastest growing agri-input companies. Thousands of farmers and retailers buy crop protection and crop nutrition products from us every day through our tele-sales and digital platforms.

Our sales agents talk to farmers and retailers all day. The better they understand crops, pests, diseases, our products and how to sell them, the better results they deliver. We are looking for an Agronomy Trainer who will own this: turning our internal teams into confident, knowledgeable agri advisors who can also close the sale.

What you will do

- Design and run product, agronomy and sales training for our tele-sales, support and advisory teams (classroom sessions, mock calls, refreshers)
- Train agents on selling skills: opening a farmer or retailer call, need identification, product pitch, objection handling and closing
- Build simple training material in Hindi and other local languages: crop guides, pest and disease cheat sheets, product pitch notes, common farmer and retailer objections with answers
- Listen to live and recorded calls, score product knowledge and selling skills, give agents one-on-one feedback
- Run the onboarding program for new joiners, from day one to their first confident sales call




- Keep training updated season by season (kharif, rabi, zaid) and whenever new products launch
- Track training impact: knowledge test scores, call quality scores, conversion improvement

What we are looking for

- Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture or related)
- 3 to 10 years of experience in agri-input sales, farmer advisory or agri training (crop protection, nutrition, bio-products)
- You have sold to or advised farmers and retailers yourself, so you know how the conversation actually goes
- You can explain fungicide vs insecticide to a complete fresher in simple language in 2 minutes
- Experience training or coaching people is a robust plus: farmers, dealers, field teams or tele-callers
- Fluent Hindi is a must, working English is enough. Knowing any other regional language (Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Odia) is a plus, since our teams serve farmers in multiple languages
- Willing to work from our Bhopal office 6 days a week

Good to have

- Experience at an agri-input or agri-tech company (crop protection majors, rural commerce or farm advisory platforms)
- Tele-sales or call quality exposure
