Grow Your Staff is looking for a Medical Education Platform Configurator & Content Quality Specialist for a US-based medical education and digital learning company. This is a full-time remote position.
The role offers excellent growth opportunities. You will be responsible for transforming approved clinical and educational content into accurate, polished, learner-ready digital experiences across LMS, CMS, website, simulation, and other digital learning platforms.
Experience required: 2- 5+ years
Time: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Monday-Friday)
CTC: 9 LPA - 12 LPA

Responsibilities:
- Configure and publish approved medical education content across LMS, CMS, website, simulation, and other digital learning platforms.
- Build and validate learning modules, assessments, clinical cases, multimedia, branching scenarios, learner journeys, completion rules, and certificates.
- Perform end-to-end QA across desktop and mobile, ensuring accuracy of content, navigation, links, scoring, functionality, and responsive behavior.
- Review digital learning experiences from the learner's perspective, identifying usability, visual consistency, accessibility, and content presentation issues.
- Manage release readiness, including version tracking, release checklists, issue resolution, publishing, and post-release verification.
- Use AI-powered tools to create or enhance illustrations, diagrams, images, and multimedia assets while maintaining appropriate quality controls.
- Collaborate with clinical, content, product, design, and technology teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality releases on time.
- Recommend improvements to content presentation, navigation, workflows, and overall learner experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Educational Technology, Digital Learning, Content Operations, Healthcare Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Approximately 2–5+ years of relevant experience in digital content operations, LMS/CMS administration, learning technology, platform configuration, digital publishing, QA, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms, CMS platforms, website administration, SaaS applications, or comparable digital content environments.
- Strong experience performing functional and visual QA across desktop and mobile platforms.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to identify content, formatting, usability, and configuration inconsistencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Practical experience using AI-powered image generation, illustration, diagramming, or image enhancement tools.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple releases and revisions simultaneously.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technology platforms quickly and troubleshoot configuration issues independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical education, CME, life sciences, academic learning, or other high-accuracy content environments.
- Experience configuring assessments, interactive learning content, scenario-based learning, or multimedia-rich education programs.
- Experience working with distributed teams and rapid-release or agile-style workflows.
- Familiarity with simulation platforms, versioning processes, issue tracking, and cross-functional release workflows.
