What We're Looking For
4-8 years of sourcing and core screening and candidate evaluation experience in domestic recruitment.
Mandatory: Prior experience screening candidates in the Semiconductor / Hardware / VLSI domains.
Expertise in conducting initial technical/domain screening calls, evaluating candidate profiles against complex job specs, and assessing overall fit.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver a high-quality candidate assessment experience.
