Job Description:

What You will do:

- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost sheets for construction projects.
- Conduct detailed quantity surveying and rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and comparative statements.
- Monitor project quantities and costs against approved budgets.
- Review contractor/subcontractor bills, measurements, and work orders.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams for cost and quantity-related matters.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost forecasting.
- Identify quantity variations, cost deviations, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Verify drawings, specifications,



and scope of work for accurate quantity calculations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to quantities, costs, budgets, and project progress.
- Support tendering and procurement activities through estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate comparison.
- Ensure proper documentation and records of measurements, estimates, variations, and project costs.
- Knowledge of MEP Drawings

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, and Cost Management in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Quantity Estimation, Costing, and Planning.
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and billing.
- Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and execution methodologies.
- Ability to interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant estimation/planning software.
- Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work within deadlines.
