Role Description The Manager – CSR Fundraising, Grants & Corporate Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure corporate CSR funding, philanthropic grants, and partnerships aligned with Veterans India's mission and programs. Day-to-day activities include identifying and researching potential corporate and institutional partners, preparing proposals and grant applications, managing donor communications, and maintaining accurate records of fundraising activities. The manager will coordinate with internal program teams to design impactful CSR initiatives, track project outcomes,



and prepare reports for partners and stakeholders. The role also involves organizing meetings and presentations with corporate leaders, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring high standards of partner engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Ability to manage and support Customer Service Representatives and related stakeholder-facing roles.
- Proven experience in Customer Support and handling partner or donor inquiries effectively.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring responsive and respectful engagement.
- Skills in enhancing Customer Experience through structured communication, feedback, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in CSR fundraising, grant writing, or corporate partnerships, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Capacity to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Alignment with the values of nationalism, patriotism, democratic ethos, and inclusivity promoted by Veterans India.
