Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing all core HR functions within the facility. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support production and corporate teams. The HR Manager will administer HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily activities involve handling payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, HR documentation,



and grievance resolution. The role also includes partnering with leadership on organizational development, training and development programs, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in HR operations and administration, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling to support a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to manufacturing or packaging industries.
- Ability to design and implement training, talent development, and engagement initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office tools for reporting, data management, and process tracking.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an industrial or packaging workplace is preferred.
