About the RoleThe Global HR IT Expert (Senior) – HR Governance, Compliance & Talent will provide global HR process, governance, and functional expertise with a strong emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors Talent solutions, ensuring a sustainable, scalable, and compliant global HR process and system landscape.

Responsibilities

- Provide senior HR IT expertise across global HR processes, governance frameworks, and functional solution design within the Busch Group HRM process and system landscape, containing SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, and their integrations into global and local HR and non-HR systems.
- Lead and contribute as senior HR IT expert to global HR transformation initiatives including Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning, Recruiting, HR Governance, Pay Transparency, and related global HR initiatives.
- Provide functional and technical expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Talent solutions including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, Learning, Recruiting, and On-/Offboarding.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of global HR governance processes including security concepts, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), compliance controls, documentation standards, audit readiness, and release governance.
- Support cross-functional governance initiatives by evaluating business requirements, preparing solution recommendations, and contributing to global HR process standards, system documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Analyse business requirements and contribute to solution concepts considering process harmonisation, compliance requirements, system capabilities,



scalability, and operational sustainability.
- Utilize your global HR IT expertise to support both global and country HR operational organizations, managing global HR master data across processes and systems.
- Conduct needs analysis for global and country-specific customers, including developing business requirements, business cases, and test scenarios for HRM systems.
- Support HR process and system projects with expertise in system configuration, design, implementation, testing, and training.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global HRM process and system compliance framework.
- Ensure adherence to IDEA / Demand and Change Management processes for global HRM management systems.
- Support ongoing compliance with governance processes through periodic reviews of documentation, security concepts, process controls, and release activities.
- Provide second- and third-level functional support by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex SAP SuccessFactors EC, talent, process, and configuration-related issues.
- Support system administration activities related to Talent solutions, including workflow monitoring, configuration adjustments, release preparation, and validation activities.
- Prepare and execute system testing, regression testing, and release validation activities for enhancements, upgrades, and project implementations.
- Maintain and periodically review HR process documentation, governance documentation, security concepts, configuration documentation, and process standards.
- Perform impact, feasibility, and cost-benefit evaluations for change requests, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Qualifications





- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on professional experience in HR IT, HR systems or HR technology consulting, with strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Talent solutions, including Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession and Recruiting and/or Onboarding.
- Proven experience working in global SAP SuccessFactors / SAP ECP environments supporting multiple countries and legal entities, with a strong understanding of global HR governance, compliance and process harmonisation.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to global HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, governance frameworks and enterprise-wide HR system implementations.
- Experience supporting HR governance initiatives, security concepts (e.g. Role-Based Permissions), compliance controls, audit readiness and global HR standards is highly desirable.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and stakeholder management skills with the ability to evaluate business requirements and contribute to sustainable HR process and system solutions.
- Qualified proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional environment and local organizations.
