Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are eager to build, test, and maintain up-to-date web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
- Build responsive user interfaces using React.js
- Support backend development using Node.js and Express.js
- Work with MongoDB for data storage and management
- Integrate APIs and support frontend-backend connectivity
- Debug issues and improve application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in MERN stack development, web development, or related role
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend development concepts
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Ability to write clean, logical, and maintainable code
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks
