As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing methodologies and increase overall team efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive process improvements.
- Skilled in defect management and resolution processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate quality engineering teams.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
