About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designerwho can develop visually appealing and engaging designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, advertisements, and other marketing requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, attention to detail, and the ability to understand a brand's identity and convert ideas into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners and promotional creatives.
- Develop creatives for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Create branding materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, standees and other marketing collaterals.
- Understand client requirements and convert concepts into creative visual designs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colours, fonts and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the Social Media, Content, Video Editing and Marketing teams.
- Create multiple design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and creative styles.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Ensure all final designs are properly formatted and ready for digital or print use.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Good creative thinking and conceptualisation skills.
- Ability to create modern, aesthetic and engaging social media creatives.
- Positive understanding of different social media formats and dimensions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing will be an advantage.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing is preferred.
- Experience working with marketing agencies or multiple clients will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–1.5 years of relevant experience in graphic designing.
- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Should be creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new design ideas.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple client requirements and deadlines.
- This role is strictly for Graphic Design and does not involve UI/UX Design.
