Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, ad-style cuts) built for retention and results. Fast hooks, tight pacing, clean captions. Not just pretty edits, edits that perform.

What we're looking for:

You cut for retention, not just aesthetics. You're rapid without dropping quality. You can handle a steady flow of work, not one-offs. You know your way around Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci.
