About the Company

A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its India product team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will own a real product area from day one and ship decisions that customers feel in weeks, not quarters. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will own a slice of the roadmap end to end - from problem discovery through launch and iteration - working closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market to turn customer needs into shipped value.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Roadmap

- Talk to customers, study usage data, and define the problems worth solving
- Own a prioritised roadmap for your area and the reasoning behind it
- Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Delivery & Iteration

- Work day to day with design and engineering to ship and refine features




- Define success metrics and track adoption, retention, and impact
- Run launches with marketing, sales, and support

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in product management, ideally in B2B or SaaS
- A track record of shipping products that moved a metric
- Strong product sense, written communication, and comfort with data
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQL
- Exposure to building products for global or US customers
- Familiarity with a startup or zero-to-one environment
