Head of Operations/COO - Music Division

We're CloudWalker Mediaworks - building content businesses across multiple spaces.

Right now, we're launching a Music Label with a sharp focus on Devotional Music, and we need someone to run it like it's their own company, Because it will be.

The Role

Head of Operations/COO for the Music Division. Full P&L.; Reports to the CEO. Not a corporate title - an actual founder-operator seat. You own the numbers, you own the catalog, you own the team and work towards getting it done.

What You'll Own

Revenue & P&L;

· The full revenue and cost stack - top to bottom

· Registrations and collections, sorted and running

· Distribution relationships and catalog metadata - clean, compliant, no chaos

· Monthly and quarterly targets - set them, hit them

Building the Catalog

· Catalog creation end to end, inside a set budget

· Mix of in-house and external talent - whatever gets the best track made

· Deciding what gets made next, backed by real demand signals, not guesswork





· Owning the full pipeline - idea to release

Team & Ops

· Hire and run Production, Marketing & Sales

· Keep legal/compliance tight

· Grow the org as the catalog grows - real milestones, real hires

Who We're Looking For

· You've worked in music - ideally devotional - at a company that actually moves the needle

· You think like a founder, not an employee.

· You build, you lead, you don't wait to be told

· You're just as comfortable in a P&L; review as you are on the studio floor

· This isn't a commercial guy or creative-ops guy role. It's both.
