Role Overview

We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with ad platforms, and a data‑driven mindset to improve ROI and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Campaigns execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other performance channels.
- Budget Optimization focusing on CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
- Performance Analysis using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Conduct A/B Testing for creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies.
- Carry out Audience Targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Hands‑on expertise in PPC, paid social campaigns, conversion optimization, retargeting strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of SEO basics, landing page optimization, marketing funnels, and attribution tracking.
