Profile Description

We're seeking someone to join our Finance Operations Risk Tech team as a Techno-Functional Project Manager, Capital Market. Program Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of cross-divisional technology initiatives, including discretionary and regulatory projects. This role requires solid leadership, project and stakeholder management skills to drive complex programs across multiple technology and business teams.

This is Associate position that oversees and leads the execution of multiple projects and/or programs,



working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:
• Manage and deliver cross-functional technology projects involving development, infrastructure, security risk, and technology governance functions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and business analysis, documenting current and target state solutions.
• Collaborate with technology and various non-tech functions, including Compliance, to perform impact analysis and maintain documentation of business and technology processes.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for key governance forums, including working groups and steering committees.
• Support the development of implementation strategies and detailed project plans; work to update schedules, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
