NAs an Admission Counsellor, you will guide students through the admissions process, leveraging your expertise to meet enrollment goals. You'll build relationships with applicants, families, and schools, provide tailored advice, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.

- Student Guidance: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and recommend suitable programs. N
- Application Support: Advise on admission requirements, deadlines, and documentation;

- Collaboration: Work with academic departments and financial aid teams to address student needs. N




- Data Management: Maintain accurate applicant records using CRM systems and generate enrollment reports. N
- Market Insight: Stay updated on education trends and competitor programs to refine recruitment strategies. N
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to institutional policies and legal standards (e.G., FERPA). N

- Bachelor's degreein Education, Counseling, Communications, or related field. N
- 6+ Months in admissions, academic counselling, or student services. N
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. N
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.G., Salesforce) and MS Office. N
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. N
- Knowledge of admissionsprocesses, financial aid, and enrollment trends. N
