Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead sales operations across the Kolkata market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, lead generation, and revenue growth, with proven experience in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. N
- Drive new business acquisition through B2B, B2C, and D2C sales channels. N
- Generate high-quality leads using modern lead generation and sales intelligence tools. N
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. N
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and successfully close business deals. N




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. N
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance goals. N
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic MIS reports. N
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive revenue-focused initiatives. N
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to strengthen business growth. N

- Bachelor's degreein business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA is not mandatory (Candidates with an MBA will be given additional preference). N
- 6 to10 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation. N
