- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support to customers N
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions N
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotes N
- Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and product-related inquiries N
- Coordinate with engineering and product management to ensure accurate solutions N
- Track and manage leads and opportunities using CRM software N
- Support order processing,
pricing, and contract review N
- Maintain deep knowledgeof product portfolio and industry trends N
- Handle Social Networking. N
nQualifications:

- Fresher or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation) N
- Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer support N
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills N
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex systems N
- Proficiency with CRM tools ( Microsoft Office, and CAD or similar software (a plus) N
- Team player with a customer-first mindset N
